This is the video of my first Make-A-Wish America visit. Vinny was born with a rare heart disease called Digeorge syndrome.With multiple heart surgeries he gained the nick name of Iron Man .He is a true definition of a walking miracle. So with the help from my friend the REAL IRON MAN
. We made this visit an awesome one !
